Before lockdown, the UIP team and the eThekwini Municipality completed several projects in uMhlanga Rocks. We moved all the recycling bins to Durban View Park for better control and encourage our members and residents to continue sorting through their waste to be recycled once lockdown is over. For better visibility, the “Welcome to the Promenade’ sign was moved and placed alongside the Beverly Hills Hotel stairs. The eThekwini Municipality Roads Department fixed the uneven paving at Bronze Beach for safer use by all promenade users.
