The eThekwini Municipality has reviewed their previous position and have now given notice that the Durban and uMhlanga Promenades will be open from tomorrow, 3rd May, between 6:00 and 9:00 under strict Level 4 regulations. The new ruling applies only to those who live within a 5km radius of the promenade. Please view the municipality’s official Twitter feed for more information:
