The recent sewage smell that has been experienced in and around the Village in the last short while is being investigated by senior engineers at the Waste Water Department. During the week of 23 March, a team will come to site and conduct CCTV inspections along all the storm water pipes starting at Mc Causland Cres and Pier and making there way up to the Village. The use of dye from various points will be used to determine flow and possible leaks or illegal connections. The UIP will keep you updated on progress.
