At a media event yesterday, movie mogul and developer Anat Singh launched Pearl Sky, the last phase of the five- phase Pearls development, which includes 322 apartments and 14 500m2 of boutique retail space.
According to the development team, about 150 firm offers have been made for the apartments, and over 3000 general enquiries have been received.
