Due to the heavy rainfall over the past weekend (Saturday 8th July 2018) that led to the bursting of the uMhlanga Lagoon banks. The amount of litter that has washed up on the uMhlanga beaches has increased. The eThekwini Municipality (eTM) Parks Department and UIP staff are working together to clean up the area.
