Good News – Pump Station Repaired

The Waterloo sewage pumpstation responsible for the major spill into the river and uMhlanga Lagoon was fully repaired this weekend.
Environmental staff on site say that the lagoon is flushing and there is no odour, but they request that the public refrain from using the river and lagoon water for a few more days.
