We’re thrilled to announce exciting developments underway in uMhlanga as new trader facilities are currently under construction. This project is part of the comprehensive road upgrade initiative led by Council and Oceans Mall, aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and amenities in our vibrant precinct.
Designed according to the sketch provided by the architect, these trader facilities promise to provide a modern and functional space for local vendors to operate. With the aim of supporting small businesses and fostering economic growth in our community, the project will accommodate a total of 17 approved informal traders once completed.
In addition to the trader facilities, the project also includes the installation of rock seating’s strategically placed throughout the area. These rock seating’s are not only aesthetically pleasing but also serve as convenient spots for casual seating, allowing residents and visitors alike to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
