Special Projects: Promenade & Village enhancements

We’re excited to share an update on the special projects currently underway across the uMhlanga precinct. Our teams have been hard at work, and we’re making great progress on several key initiatives to enhance the area. We aim to have these special and Capex projects completed by the end of the month, so stay tuned for more updates!

Our work on the promenade focuses on enhancing the safety, aesthetics, and usability of the area, ensuring that all who visit can enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.

These projects aim to revitalise the Village area, making it more vibrant and appealing for both residents and visitors. From painting light poles to upgrading the Village Green, every effort is being made to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of these spaces.
