As of last night,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>the plant has reduced the quantity of water being treated due to operational issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In response, the Municipality will implement<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>demand reduction measures<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>across all nodes supplied by Durban Heights.
