This project is part of the comprehensive road upgrade initiative led by Council and Oceans Mall, aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and amenities in our vibrant precinct.<\/p>\n<p>Designed according to the sketch provided by the architect, these trader facilities promise to provide a modern and functional space for local vendors to operate. With the aim of supporting small businesses and fostering economic growth in our community, the project will accommodate a total of 17 approved informal traders once completed.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the trader facilities, the project also includes the installation of rock seating&#8217;s strategically placed throughout the area.
