The roll was published on 21 May 2020 and is open for inspection until 31 July 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property owners are encouraged to inspect the roll to determine whether the entries reflected therein are a correct reflection of their property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property owner may lodge an objection if he\/she feels that the valuation is either too high or too low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form for lodging of an objection is obtainable at the following address:- Valuation Roll, Real Estate Unit, 5th Floor, Embassy Building, 199 Anton Lembede Street (Smith Street), Durban or Website:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.durban.gov.za\/\">www.durban.gov.za<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The completed forms must be returned to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Municipal Manager, eThekwini Municipality, Valuation Roll, 5th Floor, Embassy Building, 199 Anton Lembede Street (Smith Street), Durban, 4000.
