Bringing great joy and relief to the weary traveller, this handy plant can ease blisters if you pack fresh leaves into your shoes. By using the leaves to make tea, it\u2019s also an effective treatment for headaches, coughs and colds, chest ailments and tummy troubles. \u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>\u00a0This is the only specimen which Geoff has discovered so near our coast and is setting a great example of social isolation.
